Flip Flops are a favorite…..
and all three girls, yes even the two year old, would wear flip flops all year long if they could. And I decided with the crafting mojo missing, I would do a couple of quick cards using the flip flops from Hero Arts Lauderdale Sunshine set :
I actually created 5 cards using up bits of twine and embroidery floss. Also used scraps of paper and card stock.
I stamped the flip flops twice, onto white card stock and then onto scraps of papers. The flip flops on the papers were cut out and glued on top of the white card stock
Boy, really had an off day today (ok, yesterday – am writing this up Sunday night) I was going to add some flower brads, rhinestones or small flowers which I completely forgot.
The sentiment is from My Sentiments Exactly, which I can not find on their website. It’s a wood stamp from their Innie – Outie line called Shoes and Friends. The inside:
And that is definitely the way of things around the McConnaughey household
. I personally am not that big a fan of flip flops. Today is Abby’s birthday. The little stinker turns 2.
Can’t wait to see her tonight. You guys have a wonderful Monday…..

Love these Micki, have a good time!
Cute and clean! I am not much of a flip flop fan either. Was when I was a kid. I also had a pair of leather moccasins that I wore a hole in the sole of. My old lady feet need much better padding and support! Sure hope you got some treats at Abby's party and that your "off" got up and went elsewhere. I'm off to rid my world of a vast quantity of weeds.
